Your data, and what we actually do with it

Who we are

[RegulatedPro LLC] (“RegulatedPro”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing agency serving regulated industries. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.

It applies to https://regulatedpro.com and to the enquiries you send us through it. It does not cover our clients’ own websites, or third-party sites we link to.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

1. Information you give us directly. When you submit the contact form, request a proposal, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it (optional)
• Your company or brand name, industry and website
• Whatever you write in the message field — including any details about your business, budget or goals you choose to share

2. Information collected automatically. Like virtually every website, our server and hosting provider log basic technical data when you visit:

• Your IP address and approximate location (city/region level)
• Your browser type, device type and operating system
• The pages you visited, when, and the page that referred you

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal information — such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health information — through this website.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your enquiry to build advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to serve pages and keep the site secure. We do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party behavioural tracking on this site.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need in order to operate — never for their own marketing. These may include:

• Our web host, which stores the site and logs server traffic
• Our email provider, so we can receive and reply to your message
• Our form and newsletter provider, which processes submissions on our behalf
• Our CRM and accounting tools, if you become a client

Each of these processes your data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid court order — or to protect our legal rights.

If our business is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer with it. We would tell you before that happened.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and proposal data for as long as we have an active conversation with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, in case you come back to us. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as we are required to retain them for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.

Your rights over your data

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

• Access — ask what personal information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix anything that’s wrong
• Deletion — ask us to erase your information
• Objection and restriction — ask us to stop or limit how we use it
• Portability — ask for a copy in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from marketing at any time, using the link in any email
• Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these, email hello@regulatedpro.com. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you (generally 30 to 45 days). We may need to verify your identity first.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

EU/UK residents: if you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

How we protect it

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict who on our team can access enquiry data, and rely on reputable providers with their own security controls.

No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee that a determined attacker will never get through. Please don’t send us anything through this site that would seriously harm you if it were exposed.

Children and age-restricted products

This site is a business-to-business website for brand owners and operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We market products in age-restricted categories on behalf of our clients. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell those products to consumers, and we do not sell or ship any regulated products ourselves.

If you believe a child has given us personal information, email hello@regulatedpro.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change or the law requires it. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
