The rules for using this website
Short, readable and free of tricks. These terms cover your use of this site — the work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed agreement.
Last updated: July 12, 2026Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://regulatedpro.com (the “Site”), operated by [RegulatedPro LLC] (“RegulatedPro”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Site.
Important: these Terms cover the website. If you hire us, the work itself will be governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict, the signed agreement wins.
Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for business owners, operators and marketing professionals. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher — to use it.
We market age-restricted products on behalf of clients. Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell any regulated product to a consumer. We do not sell, distribute or ship cannabis, CBD, vape, nicotine, kratom, kava, alcohol or any other regulated product.
What we do — and what we don’t promise
We provide marketing services: SEO, paid media, web and e-commerce development, branding, content, email, and automation. We describe these services on the Site so you can decide whether to talk to us.
Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any particular result. Marketing outcomes depend on your category, your budget, your product, your competitors, your starting point, and factors outside anyone’s control — including platform policy changes and regulatory changes. Case studies, statistics and testimonials describe past engagements and are not a promise that you will achieve the same.
We are compliance-aware, not a law firm. We are not attorneys and we do not provide legal, regulatory, tax or medical advice. We do not guarantee that any strategy, campaign, page or asset complies with any law, regulation or platform policy. Regulated marketing decisions should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you act on them. See our Disclaimer.

Your submissions
When you send us a message, a proposal request or a newsletter signup, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
If you send us ideas, feedback or suggestions about our services or the Site, you agree we may use them freely, without obligation or compensation to you. Please don’t send us confidential information through the Site — use a signed NDA if you need one, and we’re happy to sign one.
How we handle the personal information you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Everything on the Site — the copy, design, code, graphics, layouts, logos and the RegulatedPro name — is owned by [RegulatedPro LLC] or our licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may view the Site, and share links to it, for your own business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Third-party names, marks and logos on the Site — platform names, client categories and similar — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Third-party links and platforms
The Site links to third-party websites, tools and platforms. We don’t control them, we don’t endorse them, and we aren’t responsible for their content, their policies or anything that happens to you there. Follow those links at your own risk.
We also describe the advertising policies of platforms we do not control. Those policies change frequently and without notice. Nothing we say about them is a guarantee that any campaign, account or asset will be approved, or will stay approved.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the content is accurate, complete or current. Content may become out of date — particularly regulatory and platform-policy content, which changes constantly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [RegulatedPro LLC] and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, account suspension or loss of goodwill — arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we’ve been advised such damages are possible.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [RegulatedPro LLC] and its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [California], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [California], and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing anything, please email us at hello@regulatedpro.com. Most disputes can be sorted out with a conversation.
Changes, severability and contact
We may update these Terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version, and your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of it.
